Usually I meditate in the mornings but lately I have not been as consistent at waking before my alarm. While I did drift off to sleep toward the end of my meditation time it helped me sleep deeper through the night.
I woke this morning with the alarm. My Vivofit2 showed that I had gotten eight hours of sleep with only a few wake times during the night. And best of all, I feel rested!
I'm grateful to meditate last night before bed. I'm grateful to accept with no attachment that I fell asleep before it was over. I'm grateful to have slept so well through the night. I'm grateful to wake refreshed and ready to start the day. And I'm grateful for the dance in my spirit now as I celebrate the morning. I'm grateful to sing and laugh and start the day in a great way!
