I'm trying to mix things up a little this week to see if some little changes to routine can help my routine go more smoothly. Perhaps just a small change is what is needed to provide that little bump of self-care.
I'm grateful to try some new habits. I'm grateful to let go of some that may not be serving me as well as I thought. I'm grateful for dark showers. I'm grateful to let go of "time". I'm grateful to move through the morning with trust and listen to my body. I'm grateful to put other priorities first.
