It has been well worth it! In just thirty minutes I often feel more calm, focused, and relaxed. Sometimes I go for a run, other times I read or watch a short tv show, but most often I choose to meditate. That quiet time helps clear my head and feel rested.
I'm grateful for my thirty minutes. I'm grateful for the days that I find more time for me. I'm grateful for the days that take effort to squeak out even thirty because those are the days I need it most. I'm grateful to feel more relaxed. I'm grateful for how just that little bit of time helps me be my best self for all my other commitments. And I'm grateful for all the meditations easily found on youtube that make it quick and easy to renew my spirit.
