The combination of voicing what I am feeling, being heard and hugged, and then getting a little sleep seems to be my reset button combination. I wake feeling much better and brighter about everything.
While I am still exploring the root cause and how I can grow through these swings, I am working to renew some of my practices amidst my new schedule and new life. I do not have the answers yet. I do not have it worked out. But I think it is important to be honest about the process of my growth and find gratitude for where I am each day.
I'm grateful for this awareness. I'm grateful for the swings that tell me I am not balanced in my self-care. I'm grateful for the reminder that life is different now and there can be balance within that change. I'm grateful for a loving family and a patient husband as I search for the answers. I'm grateful to still hold patience for my daughter as we sort out the best bedtime routine and sleep schedule. I'm grateful for all the beautiful blessings this life has given me. And I'm grateful to know that this is part of the human experience and I can find balance once again.
What is your reset "button"? How do you recharge and rebalance? Is your routine serving your needs?
May today remind us that we are growing. May we find love for ourselves amidst any growing pains. Have a beautiful day!
