I am grateful for the quiet this morning. I have been going through a storm of emotions the last few days. I'm not sure if it is the time of year, stuff needing released, or imbalances of a different kind. But I am grateful in this moment to just rest in the quiet. I'm grateful to know I am supported. I'm grateful to know I can choose to let go of these emotions and the want to fix them. I'm grateful to be spending the day and night with my loving friends and supportive community. I'm grateful to be going to a meditation retreat tonight that always provides me with the clarity and peace I am needing. I'm grateful to see the sun rising on a new day and knowing that it will be a beautiful day. I'm grateful to have all the resources I need to relax into this moment and just be so that I may hear what Spirit is telling me.
