I'm grateful for the power of the breath this morning. I'm grateful to know that I can use my breath to assist me to feel more balanced. Most of us know that when we are feeling stressed or panicked a few slow, deep breaths can make all the difference. This morning I needed my breath in a different way. Waking feeling lethargic and still tired I did a quicker and more "forceful" breathing style. It is amazing how the rush of oxygen can refocus and give me energy. I'm grateful for the energy I feel now. I'm grateful to be ready for a new day. I'm grateful for the sound of the birds chirping in the early morning sunshine.
