This year I have been juggling 4 part-time jobs while trying to plan a wedding. I have been focusing a lot on the exhale while trying to remain balanced. Last night as the words poured out on paper in the form of a poem I realized the humor in trying to find balance in one half of the breathing process. Today I will remain mindful of the exhale but I will give equal attention to the freshness of the inhale! I'm so grateful for the creative soul that can give me words of wisdom that I forgot I had. I'm grateful to honor that gift when a poem arises, knowing there is something to be heard. I'm grateful for the power of recognizing the inhale. I'm grateful for the balance I can already feel as the inhale and exhale work together. I'm grateful for the realization that living is in the inhale. And I'm grateful to share this with you all today. Even coaches need reminders sometimes and I'm so grateful to have gotten a beautiful one.
