Today is National Get Over It Day and while I'm not sure that phrase accurately shows support, I am grateful for the reminder to let go of what I cannot change. There is no use stressing over what we cannot change. So I try to find the positive in these situations and focus from there. Most often the initial focus becomes all the loving support I have through whatever the challenge may be. And I feel so blessed for all the wonderful people in my life.
