I'm grateful to release some frustrations and negativity this morning. I was faced with several struggles this last week and was having to work to focus on the positive side of things. As I was venting to my mom this morning several core things showed up for me. When I am struggling to shift what is happening in front of me to put it in a positive light maybe that is not the best way to release it. Instead I will focus on the things I am most grateful for like my amazing family, two sweet dogs, and a roof over my head. Maybe the other things going on are my teaching tools and I have not reached a point to be grateful for them yet. Instead I can be grateful for the lessons and for what will come out of them once I release and go with the flow. And I am grateful to know that something great will come of all of this! And I do honestly believe that. I'm grateful to know I am always supported. I'm grateful to know I have a core group of friends that are there for me and that I will be there for in return. I'm grateful for a day to sit and be! I am grateful for today! What struggles have you been faced with in the past that, once you let go, provided you with blessings?
