I'm grateful to recognize my strength this morning. I'm grateful to exercise to add physical strength to the strengths I already hold. I'm grateful to recognize that there is more to being strong than physical strength. I'm grateful formy strength to love, to laugh, and to adapt when necessary. I'm grateful to have the strength to refuse to conform when conforming is not in the best interests of my heart and soul. I'm grateful to see strength in being vulnerable and in being open. I'm grateful to find strength within my challenges and even within failures. Sometimes our failures are a way for us to see just how strong we are and a better way for us to use our strengths in our lives to create what we need. Strength comes in many forms. What are your strengths? Which strengths are you most grateful for today? No matter what greets you today, remind yourself that you are strong!
