This morning I woke up at five as usual. I lay there doing my normal morning breathing technique to prepare to start my day. And then I woke up fifteen minutes later! Haha! My schedule may be running on one time but my body is saying I need something else.
I'm not going to stress myself out about sleeping in. Obviously with very little sleep Tuesday night and a few interruptions last night my body needed a few extra minutes. I would rather give it the few extra minutes it needs than not listen to it and feel run down later.
I'm grateful my body took charge of getting a couple extra minutes of rest. I'm grateful to just go with it and that it has not interfered with anything important int he schedule. I'm grateful to listen when my body says it needs extra sleep. I'm grateful for all the things my body does for me, like keeping me healthy and regenerating what needs renewed. I'm grateful to give it a little extra sleep because I never know just what extra it has on its plate. I'm grateful to get a pretty good night's sleep.
