Last night, after my husband and I did our weekly science project (yes, our Science Monday rarely falls on Mondays anymore) I went upstairs to try something new. Instead of waiting until I am barely conscious on the sofa, I went upstairs when I was merely tired. I got ready for bed and then spent the next hour talking with my hubby. I ended up being ready for bed earlier and falling right to sleep. And then I slept until the alarm! Amazing!
I'm so excited about this! I am so grateful to wake rested today! I'm grateful to have slept through the whole night. I'm grateful for our fun science project because, even though it didn't work as planned, we got to use power tools. I'm grateful for my husband's knowledge and ability to find fun experiments for us to do. I'm grateful for our conversation last night. And again, I'm so grateful to sleep through the night! Haha!
