I'm grateful for a wonderful evening spend in laughter and conversation around the table. I'm grateful for a fun family game that all ages could enjoy. I'm grateful for a good night's sleep and a hot shower. And I'm grateful for the reminder today on how important self care is to our well being. Doing little things each day for ourselves goes a long way toward keeping us in our best health. This morning I am grateful to stop and breathe; to take time for myself to meditate and start this day right.
