Today I'm grateful for frequent breaks and for listening to my body when it needs attention. The body's aches and pains are not to annoy us but rather to alert us that something is wrong. As a massage therapist I frequently try and help people understand why they have reoccurring tightness or pain in a particular area. Today I get to turn that knowledge around on myself. Today I'm grateful to listen and acknowledge what I can and can't handle. I'm grateful to be able to say I was demanding too much of my body and I need to rearrange my expectations for this day. In what ways can you you listen to your body today and rearrange to accommodate what it's telling you?
