I'm grateful to be able to say yes to the things I want to do. I've had a list of things I wanted to do that I had not been acting on due to small fears of the outcome. What if I submitted a magazine article and no one liked it? What if I joined a new group and the people weren't friendly? Haha, these are fears we all face at one point or another and I had thought I had let go of these several years ago. In reality I was just justifying by saying "well I don't really have time for that." But I do. I do have time to meet people and to write articles and to engage in a larger picture. Life is meant to be LIVED! So starting last night, I am saying yes. It is a balance. Obviously there is a limit of things I can fit in my schedule but from now on I will determine what fits by what I would really like to try, not what I'm comfortable doing. What are some things you have always wanted to do? What stops you from doing them? A lot of our fears we write off as not enough time or not enough money but today I ask you to look into if that is really the case. If it truly is, I applaud you! But I have one more questions; how can you MAKE time or funds to live this dream? I'm so excited for my next adventures and I'm so grateful for all the opportunities in my community to make them possible! I'm grateful to be stepping forward and
I believe the way to a better future starts with gratitude today.
