Today I am grateful to get back to my morning routines. I'm grateful to wake slow and meditate. I'm grateful to be flexible when my routine can not be followed but I'm grateful for the way I feel refreshed after my routine is complete. I like to keep my days pretty mixed up, not doing the same thing day in and day out. I'm grateful for jobs that allow me that flexibility. But within that fluidity it is good to have an internal balance. My morning routine helps me to maintain mine. What routines do you have each day?
