I'm grateful to wake rested after getting over nine hours of sleep. I'm grateful to listen to my body and take the time for self-care. I'm grateful to release my worries and rest soundly, not even waking to write my dreams. I'm grateful to just allow last night to be pure and restful. I'm grateful my sweet dogs were on board with my long slumber. I'm grateful to have today to be in nature and reconnect. I'm grateful to release any residual stress from the big events of last week and prepare myself for a new week. There is a beauty and calm in being rested because it allows the mind to better evaluate the situations and circumstances of the day. Are you rested today?
