I'm grateful to have a slow start to my morning. I'm grateful for the deep rest I received last night. I'm grateful to wake to the sweet snuggles of my dogs. I'm grateful for this beautiful life and to know that all my needs are met. I am also grateful for the sound of the wind in the leaves today, playing me a soft song. It is Monday and with that most people are rushing to get the week kicked off with school and work. Amidst the stress that comes with this rush, how can you take a few minutes to yourself to just rest and breathe?
