One thing that can help is creating a relax-station or specific place you can go to relax. If it is possible to only use the space for this purpose it can be an even stronger tool. Even just a prop such as a yoga mat can become a relaxation area to cue your mind that it is time to unwind.
I'm grateful for my yoga mat. I'm grateful for a place to create relaxation. I'm grateful for the sofa when I am overly tired and want a little extra cushion for my meditation space. I'm grateful for the practice I have had with so many different relaxation techniques. I'm grateful for my persistence to come back to a relaxation habit even when I get out of practice. I'm grateful for a day to remind us how important relaxation is to our life and health.
