I'm so grateful to sleep in and rest this morning and to still take the time to meditate. I'm grateful to take the time to quiet the monkey chatter in my head. I'm grateful to have relationships that I can be honest and open and talk through any worries that might be weighing on me. I'm grateful to see that everything I see is a reflection of myself, both the things I love and the things that drive me a little crazy. I'm grateful to know that if I quiet my mind and my worries I hold all the answers. I'm grateful to see both the light and the shadows that I create. What has been being reflected back to you lately?
