Balance definitely helps and doing my best to put things away as I go even if it means kids crying a few extra minutes for lunch. It is a constant reminder I have to give myself. A reminder to not let the clutter build is a reminder to love myself and my space.
The last 4 days have been very productive. I got a couple rooms more organized so things have specific places they can be put away. I LOVE organizing! I also cut out the patterns for several more masks so I could get that cleaned up. I cleaned up some of the larger messier toys that the kids haven't been playing with quite as much, like the big ball pit. And I cleared off several countertops. It feels so good!
I am making the intention to do at least one more area in the week to come. I am also making an intention to work out at least twice a week in the coming week. As is my M.O., my self-care and workouts have fallen off the schedule again. It's time to get some balance back and with my recent productivity there is room to breathe again!
I'm so grateful for find some time to clean and organize. I'm so grateful to have my mother-in-law in town that frees up time here and there to duck away and get things done. I'm grateful to have had a very motivated and productive week. I'm grateful for how I feel when things are organized. I'm grateful to be heading into a new week with intention.
