I'm grateful for my dreams last night that showed me some old fears that I still subconsciously hold. I'm grateful for this because it allows me to see what ideas I hold that are no longer serving my highest good. I'm grateful to have slept so well and caught up on some much needed sleep. I'm grateful to have woken to the sweet snuggles of my two favorite dogs! I am grateful to start today with open eyes, willing and ready to follow the signs. I'm grateful to open my heart to this new day! Do you still hold fears from the past? I think we all do at different levels. For me it seems to be a cycle. I release on layer and feel it is gone and then later on perhaps another layer will show up for me. It is all good and I enjoy getting these insights. How can you open your heart to this new day and lay down some of the old fear or stress you have been carrying?
