I'm grateful for right now. I'm grateful for the power that exists in this moment that does not exist in the past or future. Sometimes it is hard to move on from the things we have experienced in the past. Sometimes those things leave us feeling victimized and weak. We do not have to keep carrying that feeling forward with us. By living in the now we can release those struggles, lay down that weight, and step into the true power that is always ours. I'm grateful for this power. I'm grateful to claim love, gratitude, and self-empowerment that are always present for me and let all else fall away. I'm grateful that when I forget these simple truths that I am reminded quickly simply by listening to how I feel. I'm grateful to feel great when I am in my power. Life is an adventure and I do not want to merely watch it on the big screen. I'm grateful to be living my adventure each day and learning each day. Many of you know that I provide gratitude coaching services to help uplift those needing a hand back up. Now I am offering a program specifically geared towards women that have been through tough life events such as divorce and feel they have lost their personal power. I have been there. I know how difficult it can be to pick yourself back up but I promise you that you are worth the effort. I'm grateful to have lived this experience so I can be a partner to others who are struggling with these life changing events. I define power as Pride Optimism Worth Empowerment Respect and I believe everyone deserves POWER. If you or someone you know would like to learn more about this program please email me at ReyofGratitude@gmail.com. I do not want this blog to turn into marketing but I am truly grateful for this program and wanted to share it with you all. I'm grateful for this community that is so loving and nurturing toward each other. I'm grateful for all the love I receive in return and I'm grateful for each of you that joins each day to see my gratitude. What are you grateful for today? How can you use this moment right now to claim your power and share your gratitude? For that matter, how do you focus on now?
I believe the way to a better future starts with gratitude today.
