
We have big plans coming up this weekend and with my daughter just regaining her health from a stomach bug I have been all ears with my own body. I want to be sure I not only listen but act to give my body what it needs to stay in good health.
I'm grateful to witness communication from my body. I'm grateful to listen and trust what it tells me. I'm grateful to have plenty of resources at my disposal from oils to massage techniques to certain foods to help boost my immunity and stay healthy. I'm grateful for the weekend ahead. I'm grateful for the anticipation I feel about our plans. And I'm grateful to take it slow and easy this week both for myself and my daughter.
