What is the reflection in your day's mirror telling you? How can you choose to turn a positive ear towards the things you are hearing and take the time to uncover the true message behind the words? May your self-talk be based in love. May you hear the message behind others' words today and know it is their own love, fear, or need that drives it. Have a
I believe the way to a better future starts with gratitude today.
