I'm grateful to have new insights into how my mind works. When I say I am going to start eating healthier suddenly I start eating more junk than before! I realized that by changing my words I can change my mindset. From now on I will eat what I want, and what I want are the foods that give me energy and make me feel good! I'm also grateful for meditations that help quiet my mind so I can gain new understandings and insights! I'm grateful for Deepak Chopra's guided meditations as well as my own!
