I'm grateful for laughter! I'm grateful for the way it lifts my mood and changes my perspective. I'm grateful for the reminders I received last night to not take life so seriously! A friend got a pretty bad concussion the other day and in talking to her she said that life was too short to not be grateful for each day. I fully agree! But while I have been thankful for the things happening in my life lately I have also been stressed by them. Today I woke up in laughter. I realize just how serious I have been taking things that are not so stressful as I was making them! Today I will dance and laugh and celebrate and let the solutions come to me instead of stressing about how to create the solutions. Today I will remember that I am perfect just as I am. I was reminded while reading yesterday that it is of no benefit to worry. Life is displayed for us one day at a time so we can handle it. Be confident and trust that it will all work out. Letting go of worry is a lifting experience. When I feel stressed, I will try to walk or exercise or find some other way of relieving the stress until I can relax and release it. We do take things too seriously sometimes but sometimes we recognize others doing that more easily than ourselves. I love laughter, it is the best stress reliever of all. I even love hearing other people laugh, especially little ones.
