I'm grateful this morning to wake from my dream laughing at myself. It seems to be easier, a lot of times, to see what is going on with everyone else than what is going on with ourselves. But everyone is our own reflection meant to help us see another aspect of ourselves. In fact, what I have noticed is that if I am asking the same question of multiple people or if I am asking the same question repeatedly to one person, more than likely that question is also for me to ask myself. I'm grateful for this reminder. I'm grateful for the ability to laugh at myself and the silly things I sometimes hold. I'm grateful to know that I create my world and that I can change any belief at any time that is not serving me or helping me achieve my highest goals. Also, I am grateful for the healing energy of laughter! Laughter is a great way to release and reenergize our body, mind, and spirit. When was the last time you laughed? You are so right! I was just reminded while reading Sacred Contracts by Carolyn Myss that one ever-present free will often take for granted is our choice about whether to enjoy this life of growth and learning or not. Laughter is my doorway to get back to en-JOY when I catch myself being to harsh or petty or ridiculous. Thanks for this lovely post!
