I'm so grateful for all the help we received from my parents. I'm grateful for my husband's ideas and our ability to draw up plans together. I'm grateful for all the weekends my husband and parents worked while I was at work. I'm grateful, so grateful, to have it finished.
This weekend was also the Jingle Bell Run for Arthritis. It was underground so the rainy weather was not an issue. It was a great cause and a fun motivation for getting some exercise.
I'm grateful for charity events that help raise money for good causes. I'm grateful to be so healthy. I'm grateful for the health of my family and friends. I'm grateful my parents joined to walk with us. I'm grateful my husband's work paid for our entries and matched our donations. I'm grateful for all the fun costumes and playfulness of the 5k participants and volunteers.
It was a great weekend all around. And now I can start this week rejuvenated and relaxed.
I'm grateful to wake early this morning to get in an extra long meditation before work. I'm grateful for the extra time to get ready. I'm grateful to know today will be a great day and this week will be more balanced than last. I'm grateful to have scheduled some "me time" today as part of my Project JOY goals.
How was your weekend? What gratitude can you find in your weekend and this beginning of a new week? What intentions do you have for how this week will go?
May you find joy in the simple pleasures today. May you reflect back on the weekend with gratitude. And may you find support in your goals this week. Have a beautiful day!
