I'm grateful to have celebrated last night at Loose Park with a great community, meeting new people. I'm grateful to have gazed upon this very bridge again and reminded myself that I create my reality. I'm grateful that in meditation under the full moon I was able to go within. While sitting in introspection I was able to see how I had been holding some old beliefs that needed to be released. It stirred some old fears and I'm grateful to have the awareness to sit with them but also recognize where the truth lay. I'm grateful to see my reflection all around me. As Talmud said, "we see the world not as it is but as we are." I'm grateful for this reminder. I'm grateful to see a new way to understand. I'm grateful for the way the moon reflects light through the darkness as my own heart reflects love through the fear. I'm grateful to have taken the time for introspection and the deep, restful sleep that followed. I'm grateful to everyone who came out last night and helped create such a wonderful space.
