I'm grateful for this moment! I'm grateful for the soft clicks of dog toenails walking across the wood floor. I'm grateful for the peaceful view of fog, once again outside my window. I'm grateful for the peacefulness that fills me this morning. It is so easy to get caught up in what happened yesterday or what will happen tomorrow. It is so easy to lose our balance and and stumble out of this moment. Today I will remind myself that this moment is the one that matters. Today I will bring myself back to what I see in front of me as many times as necessary so that I can enjoy today, today. How often do you find yourself discussing yesterday's issues? How often do you find yourself stressing over things that can't be done until tomorrow? How can you bring yourself back to this moment and be present and grateful for right now? I'm grateful for this glass of water. I'm grateful for the use of my fingers. What are you grateful for?
