I'm grateful for a good nights sleep and to wake to listen to the messages my body is telling me. Each of us is unique and has a different set of needs to be met. And within our lives those needs may shift and change. Something that was once healthy for us may no longer fit as we grow. The things that work for us may not be best for someone else. We are all perfect and doing our best with the information we have in front of us. There is no room for judgement on those that do things differently because we are not in their body and we do not know what is best for them. After a wonderful meditation last night for World peace (that will continue every night at 9 pm in your time zone throughout this month) I am grateful to feel even more love and connection to my fellow humans. We are all one. We are all love. And I'm grateful to live in a World that recognizes this and supports one another in peace and love. How can each of us do our part to make this a peaceful, loving world? What random acts of kindness can we do today for a stranger? What can we do everyday to be the change we want to see and to create an even more loving world? Meditation, random acts of kindness, and releasing judgements are all great ways to participate. What are some others?
I believe the way to a better future starts with gratitude today.
