I'm grateful to wake in health and happiness this morning. I'm grateful for the clarity I felt when I woke and to be putting it into action. I'm grateful for wellness of mind, body, and spirit. I'm grateful to have the motivation to exercise this morning. I'm grateful to share laughter with those around me as it is a key part of my health and maintaining joy.
