Yesterday started with singing to my dad and ended with fireworks. What a way to kick off this month! So on that note, today (and this month) I am offering a Gratitude opportunity for you. Each day share one thing you are grateful for and one person you are grateful for. Try to do this the entire month, thinking of new ones each day if you can, on top of your regular gratitude practice. And as a bonus; tell the person you are grateful for why you feel that way.
It's Gratitude Month! Let's spread some gratitude!
For today, I am very grateful to witness the Royals win a World Series and see all their hard work pay off. And I'm very grateful for my dad who has been there for me through thick and thin and always has great advice.
I'm grateful for the extra hour of sleep yesterday morning from the time change that helped offset being up so late watching the Royals game. I'm grateful to make the choice today to allow an extra hour of sleep again after being up in celebration, even though the clock did not shift this time. I'm grateful to wake rested and happy to start the day. I'm grateful to renew my morning mediation practice. I'm grateful to host a new Project Joy meeting tonight with the new improvements. I'm grateful for my awesome husband whom I had so much fun with this weekend.
What are you grateful for today? Who are you grateful for? How can you share your gratitude with the community today?
May today bless you with an abundance of love and gratitude. May you find ways to share your gratitude and uplift those around you. Have a beautiful day!
