I'm grateful this morning to find the motivation to get back on my bike after a couple weeks off. I'm grateful for the energy it restores for me. I'm grateful to recognize that sometimes when I am feeling drained it is not from too little rest but from too little motion. I'm grateful to be getting back to exercising and creating motion both physically and mentally. I'm grateful to see the sun melting the snow, giving me hope of Spring and warmer temperatures. I'm grateful for all the birds that are returning to the yard as we begin March. What signs give you hope that Spring is just around the corner?
