Last night my husband opened the windows downstairs after I had gone to bed in hopes of airing it out. It helped some but this morning I decided to give it a little more air out time. Letting the crisp winter air come through the house, I actually am enjoying the freshness of the cold. It's energizing!
I'm grateful to learn from the choices I make. I'm grateful to be open to letting in some chill in order to gain some fresh air. I'm grateful for nature's cleansing power. I'm grateful for the energized feeling the fresh, crisp air is giving me. And I'm grateful to know that the scent will soon be gone and I will once again be able to take a nice lung-full of clean air.
How do you learn from the choices you make? How can you make the best of the lesson learned? And when was the last time you enjoyed some crisp, fresh air?
May today's lessons be gentle. May we find rejuvenation in nature's healing power. Have a beautiful day!
