I would like to kick off this celebration with a list of my favorite things about Mondays.
I get to hear one of my favorite songs as an alarm.
I get to wake up to the routine of self-care that often gets overlooked on the weekends.
I have a whole week of possibilities ahead of me.
I get to hear how my clients' weekend went and the best thing that happened to them.
And on the first Monday of the month I get to host Project JOY!
Also, starting today, I get to host Grateful Start: A Healthy Gratitude Luncheon.
What are your favorite things about Mondays? Even if you do not enjoy hopping back into a new work week, what positive aspects can you find in this beginning of a new week?
I'm grateful to use meditation this morning to quiet my mind. I'm grateful to let go of expectation and know that Grateful Start will kick off as it is meant to with whomever is meant to be there. I'm grateful to have so many fun ideas about what to do for celebrating gratitude and creative projects to try with this new group. I'm grateful to have made our yearly vision board with my husband. I'm grateful for Project Joy tonight where I will get to set goals and help others set goals for this month's theme. And I'm grateful for all the possibilities that this year, this month, this week, and this day hold.
