In fact, I want to take a minute right now just to breathe. Taking a long slow deep breath in for one...two...three seconds and then exhaling nice and slow for one... two... three... and and extra push, four. I invite you to repeat that as many times as necessary. I did it five times, that is the benefit of a blog and not live speaking.
I'm grateful to catch up on some sleep last night. I'm grateful for the opportunity to exhale this morning; to breathe deeply and slowly. I'm grateful to choose to take that opportunity. I'm grateful to enjoy this last day of November. And I'm grateful to focus on gratitude as I head into the holiday season.
