I'm grateful to get a good nights sleep and wake feeling refreshed. I'm grateful to know that I am always supported in what I am going through. I'm grateful to be surrounded by supportive family and friends that will celebrate my successes with me and lend a hand when I am in need. I'm grateful to have learned over the years to better ask for the things I need help with instead of toiling alone. I'm grateful to recognize that we each have our strengths and there is nothing weak in asking for help. I'm grateful to still take time to try first though and analyze the "opponent" thoroughly, giving my best effort. I'm extra grateful when I can figure it out myself. Today, I'm grateful for the coffee pot that is unlike any I have dealt with before. I'm grateful to have figured out how to even open the different sections, let alone actually getting it to brew coffee. In case you could not tell, I am not a coffee person and this machine is more complicated than any my parents had while I was growing up. I'm grateful for the pre-attempt tips my boyfriend gave me and I'm grateful to love him enough to continue trying until I figured it out so he could have coffee this morning. Hint: the grinder lifts then opens and the brew drawer has a button release on the other side. All you coffee drinkers (and non-blondes) are hopefully getting a good chuckle out of this. I hope so, I know I did! But this is what inspired my gratitude this morning. The silliness of it all and the laughter that came out of the situation. What silly shenanigans are going on in your life this morning? How can you find humor in yourself and the situation? It's Saturday! May it be a beautiful day filled with laughter!
