Today I see the need for balance. I see the blessing of re-prioritizing. And today I give myself credit for doing my best. My best is all I can ask for and my best may look different from day to day.
I am letting go of creating meditation videos twice a month. I will create them when I feel it and if I have the time. Otherwise, I give myself a pass. It is not my main passion.
I am letting go of how my evenings used to look before I took on more clients. Now I will focus on the balance of fitting them in while taking time for self-care and family. And I will honor the current needs of my body.
I'm so grateful for the flow of abundance that has come this year. I'm grateful to welcome it with open arms. I'm grateful to honor myself for doing my best. I'm grateful to do what I can, when I can and know it is enough.
I'm grateful to take control of my self-care. I'm grateful to change my meditations to an evening ritual and improve my sleep. I'm grateful to be allowing my body to sleep in and catch up on much needed sleep rather than waking in the wee hours of my old routine. I'm grateful to have a new book to read to unwind. And I'm grateful for the generous gift of a friend's old kindle to allow me to take more reading options with me during my day.
