As I got ready for bed I reflected on this observation. The goddess, in pieces and yet each piece, no matter how plain or detailed is an essential part to her wholeness. And I have studied each piece, becoming intimately intwined with her. What if I stood back and observed my own puzzle? What if I could see my own goddess pieces separately and yet beautifully fitting together to create me as a whole?
I'm grateful for this beautiful observation. I'm grateful for the pieces of myself that I have laid perfectly in place. I'm grateful for those pieces that are wild and glittered as well as those that are seemingly plain. I'm grateful for this beautiful composition and to see myself reflected in the gorgeous goddess of the puzzle in front of me. I'm grateful for this gift. I'm grateful to spend time with my husband on a project that does not involve necessity. I'm grateful for the intimate connection I feel to myself, to each piece I connect, and to my partner.
How have you designed yourself in both plain and beautiful pieces? If you step back, how does your puzzle appear?
May today grant us magic and beauty. May we see ourselves for the perfectly designed beings that we are and may we find our inner god and goddess in the ordinary. Have a beautiful day!
