I know this is nothing to truly worry about because I have other sources of energy at my disposal. I can choose to eat foods with protein and B vitamins that are low in sugar to help wake up. I can help wake up with conversation with my husband or even writing this blog. And I can increase my energy with gratitude and positive thinking. I am creating my reality after all!
Today I am grateful for deep breaths that fill my lungs, oxygenate my body, and help wake my mind. I'm grateful for movement and music that help energize me. I'm grateful for warm showers that stimulate my body with the massaging pellets of water. I'm grateful for lights to turn on to simulate daytime. I'm grateful for time for a good breakfast. And I'm grateful to know that today will be a great day, full of relieved and grateful clients. And I'm grateful to feel my energy level rising already!
