I'm grateful to be redefining the term courage. It seems to have so many definitions in our society but I have been finding more and more that courage is not about defense or action as much as allowing and integrating. It takes courage to look inward at yourself and acknowledge your role in things that are happening in your life. I'm grateful to be exploring my own courage. I'm grateful to look inward and see the fears behind anger and how to bring love to those areas of my life. And I'm grateful to have such a supportive community to help me in this process. How do you define courage? Where does your courage come from? Who supports you in that courage?
I believe the way to a better future starts with gratitude today.
