As I sat here this morning thinking of what I was grateful for and reflecting on my dreams and morning meditation I saw something interesting. There was a bug on the inside of the window with nearly clear wings. I could see through his wings, and the glass to the tree outside, almost making it appear as if the big was resting on the tree. It was magical to be able to know the reality while seeing something else. I'm grateful for this bug and its inspiration. I'm grateful for what it represents. Think of all the times we can see our goals but feel there is an invisible force blocking us from them. What if we were able to step back and see ourselves already there? Isn't that a key part of positive thinking? We visualize what we want as if we have already received it, as if there is no other option than it to happen and so create that air of confidence around it. As I look ahead at all I want to get done before this week is over, I release the stress of how it will be and just know that what needs done will get done. I'm grateful for this release. I'm grateful to let go of unnecessary stress. I'm grateful for this beautiful morning! And again, I'm grateful for a little bug that inspired such a big gratitude! What are you grateful for today? What things inspire you?
I believe the way to a better future starts with gratitude today.
