Good morning and happy Monday! Those of you who did not see the explanation on Facebook may be wondering about yesterday's post. After writing out yesterday's blog, the Universe seemed to think that all that was necessary was a photo. Oh the jokes it plays! Today I trust that these words are once again supported to share with you as I have some changes to share with you. As part of creating more balance in my life and making sure I am providing myself adequate self-care I will no longer be posting blogs on the weekend. I will still be continuing my gratitude practice on these days but in a private more intimate way for myself. This means the Question of the Week, for those who follow along with the forums, will begin being posted on Mondays now to help inspire a great week ahead. I'm so grateful to announce these changes. I'm grateful for such a wonderful community that has helped to show me that as much as I give and remind others to take care of themselves, it is time for me to do the same. I'm grateful for a job that allows me to help others while giving me the opportunity to hear these messages myself and to receive advice in return. It is a beautiful network and World! Today I am grateful for the sky to have lightened "already" due to the time change in my area. I'm grateful to have taken the time to revive my meditation practice and I'm grateful to coincide this with a new Deepak Chopra series. I'm grateful to let go of the excess emotions I have been swimming through and I'm grateful to be finding balance once again. It is easy to push ourselves harder and harder in order to "achieve" and I have found I have a special talent for pushing deadlines on myself. I'm grateful to ease up on these and know all will flow as it is meant to flow. And in this flow there is more time to be in the moment. In this moment I am grateful for the soft tock of the clock. I'm grateful to know my sweet dogs are content and their needs met for the moment. I'm grateful to hear the sounds from upstairs of my fiancé getting ready for work. And I'm grateful for the delicious smell of omelets warm and ready to eat. And on that note, it is time for me to wrap up. What are you grateful for in this moment? How can you pause and care for yourself today? How can you make small changes to your life to allow yourself more love and self-care? May your day be blessed with patience and understanding for yourself. May you see the simple blessings you already have and accept the blessings you desire. Have a beautiful day!
