I'm grateful to be "back" from stay-cation today. Even though our vacation plans got canceled it was nice to have several days to explore things around the city that we usually overlook and do the things around the house that normally make the week hectic. For me though, it was a bit of a challenge to not work (other than keeping up on here) because I love my job. I'm grateful to have had the time off and to get to spend it with the man I love. I'm grateful for all we accomplished and remembering to stay in the moment and present with our stay-cation. I'm grateful for all the projects we "built" and prepared for this week. I'm grateful to have all the time I need today to catch up and build what is next for my business. I'm grateful to have my first official speaking engagement coming up and I'm grateful to get to share my message with a group of entrepreneurs from the area. I'm grateful to have business cards and flyers ready for anyone interested in my services. I'm grateful to have time today to spend tweaking my speech to best convey my message to this particular group. I'm grateful to know that it will all go well and the situation will be a beautiful learning experience for them as well as myself. I'm grateful to be building this dream each day and I'm grateful to be able to work in a way that helps others make lasting, positive changes in their lives. What will you build today? What were you born to do that you are not only good at but that you love? How can you use this gift to build your dreams or have you already? I hear people questioning what their purpose is all the time but I truly believe that it is not a secret. It is the one thing that is so obvious, that you already do it in one form or another; that it practically IS you. So what is your purpose? And how can you build that purpose into your life? May today be filled with all the inspiration and supplies you need to build the life you deserve!
I believe the way to a better future starts with gratitude today.
