I'm grateful to be here today. I'm grateful to be a place my friends and family can come to to talk and I'm grateful that they return that same loving space for me. I'm grateful that when I prayed for the right words yesterday that none came. I'm grateful for the reminder that sometimes the best advice we can give is just to let them hear their own advice. We all know what is best for us and what path we need to take to reach our goals. This is not to say that we never make mistakes or ignore our inner voice but we do know if we listen. I'm grateful to have been able to just be there. I'm grateful to continue to offer that space of love and non-judgement even when it stirs things in me later. I'm grateful to have some new questions about myself come up and I'm grateful for the space to be there for myself and acknowledge them. I'm grateful for a wonderful Qigong practice last night to help stir my energies and remind me how important it is to listen to my body. Today, I continue to just be here.
