I'm grateful to be receiving a much needed massage today. I'm grateful to receive back what I give to others and I'm grateful for the relief it will bring my body. I'm grateful to take the time to sleep in just a few extra minutes today to catch up from waking early yesterday. I'm grateful for the healthy, delicious meal I ate yesterday that nourished me more than greasy fast food ever could. I'm grateful to be consciously trying each day to make healthy choices and set healthy goals for myself so that I can be at my best.
