I'm grateful for the reminder of balance today. I'm grateful to know the importance of maintaining balance in my life and establishing a routine that helps me even out. I'm grateful for all the energy shifts and changes happening all around me and I'm very grateful to be a part of it all. I'm grateful to take time to rest. I'm grateful to make the effort of clear communication even when it proves to be challenging. I'm grateful to be reminded how important it is to stand up for our own needs to maintain our own balance. Everyone finds balance at a different spot and through different forms of rest and activity.
