I'm grateful for balance today. I was reminded, once again, how important it is to balance self care with the activities of life. It is so fun going here and there to meet friend and do fun things but it is just as important to remember to take my "me time". Getting back to yoga and Qigong and meditating and even using my sunlamp are great ways for me to balance what happens during the rest of the day. I can cope much better with things out of my control when I have a calm base to start with in the morning. I'm so grateful to know this about myself and to have people around me that support this balance. I'm grateful to know that my laughter and my tears are both part of my perfection and my beauty. I'm grateful to acknowledge my strengths as well as my weaknesses and accept both in love. Thank you to all of you who have ben so loving during my process. Thank you to all of you who follow along and practice gratitude each day! I'm so grateful for YOU! You give me inspiration! What strengths are you proud of about yourself? What weaknesses can you accept in love? Today, embrace the whole you because you are an amazing individual!
